Definitely not for me. I’ve been struggling and thought this book would help me, but I’ve read a quarter of it and just keep wondering when the book is going to start... I feel like she just keeps saying the same thing over and over and over and over again and telling me what the book is about but never actually starts the book.

Ms. Kaiser is a life coach who, in the past, hated both her life and herself. So she decided to do something about changing her attitude and embarked on a self-love experiment. The book is the chronicle of her experiences with tips and guidance for readers to also learn to love themselves. If you are hard on yourself, hating parts of your body or life, this is a great book to learn how to turn around the self-sabotage and destructive thoughts or actions.

This is the book I've been waiting for around self-love. The author talks about her own journey, but at the same time, brings you along to help deepen into your own self-love. What I love about this book is that the message is honest - Self-Love isn't a quick fix, it's a journey of self-compassion, self-respect, and learning to accept the parts of yourself that you may not always view as lovable. So many excellent principles in here to help bring the message home. It's a must read.

I was so excited for this book but it wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for more of an inner-self guidence not outer body. This was all about loving your outer body. She also had good ideas and examples but didn't tell you how to put these things into use

What is most upsetting about this book is the way its branded as a self-love book. Its really just the author talking about how overweight she was ans how she struggled with that her whole life and that not everythings perfect now but she’s doing better. Waste of money and VERY repetitive - she uses the words my appearance ans overweight so many times you will start rolling your eyes. Its definitely not meant for a broader audiance.

This book is full of epiphanies and personal stories. It is about facing and embracing the internal struggles we have, and framing them as wounds that need healing. It is about being present in the struggles and recognizing many of them are rooted in childhood when we didn't have the ability to resolve them. Wounds that don't heal, are often ignored, and when confronted sting. But we must clean the wounds.

When you are searching self-love, this book will show you the way.Shannon talks to you with kind and loving words. Your soul will appreciate it.Even if English is not your first language it will be easy to read this book.Holding this book i your hand will bring magic and love into your life.I bought a second one to my best friend which ended up at an other friend's hands so I must purchase the third. It's a MUST when you feel stuck in life and you already realized self-love is the key. Even if you don't know yet.More I read the book, more I get to know myself and how much I still can do for my happiness and to love myself unconditionally. Thanks Shannon

I couldn't really get into this book and I don't really consider it a self-help book! It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.
